Bespoke Fonts
I work with clients to create fully bespoke custom fonts that look the right way and do the right things for their brand.
Customised Fonts
I also create custom versions of existing fonts for clients, modifying and extending Polytype or open source fonts to make them uniquely theirs.
Lettering
Sometimes clients only need a few letters. I design and refine wordmarks, typographic logos, and other lettering.

Sometimes, you need a custom font. I’ve created custom fonts, lettering, and logos for global brands like Kleenex, Reese’s, and Carlsberg, for design and communications agencies, for cultural centres, football clubs, and for the UK Government. Custom Typeface

M+C Saatchi is the world’s largest independent creative network, applying a brutal simplicity of thought to shape conversations, brands, and movements for the last 30 years. I was tasked with re-drawing and extending their existing brand typeface, which had been undermining the network’s ethos for too long.

Turner Duckworth were developing a more unified visual identity for Kleenex, and wanted a new custom typeface to build around. With long-time collaborator, Alec Tear, I created Kleenex Serif, a font that’s as soft and dependable as their tissues.
