A contract is formed between us the moment your order is successfully processed.

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, I reserve the right to refund the order and revoke the license, even if the payment has already been processed.

Fonts are delivered digitally via a download link. While these links typically expire after 30 days, I will provide a ‘best effort’ service to manually resupply your files if you lose access after this window.

By purchasing a license, you are acquiring the immediate legal right to use my font software. Because this right is granted instantly upon payment, all sales are final.

You acknowledge that you waive any statutory right to a ‘cooling-off’ or cancellation period once the transaction is complete, as the service is performed immediately upon the granting of the license.

If you encounter a technical defect with the font software, you must flag the issue within 30 days of purchase. If I am unable to resolve the defect, a refund will be issued. Any refund issued terminates your license to use the fonts, which must then be deleted.

The design of this website, all descriptive text, and all font specimen images are my intellectual property, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without my express permission.

Third party content is used with attribution, and its copyright remains with the respective owners.

Ownership of the font software remains with Polytype Limited at all times. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software according to the specific terms of the EULA, but does not transfer copyright or ownership to you.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Glasgow, UK.

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to this page.
